Location is really the best. It is close to the metro. Bus stops are right next door. It is in walking distance from many main sites in the Baixa area. Loads of places provide food and drinks around this hotel.
The toilet flushing makes an very nice noise. You must climb some stairs to reach the hotel. This is difficult if you have heavy baggage.

Breakfast was simple, but good. It offers many varieties. I like the breakfast very much. You get good stuff, including broiled eggs and fresh juices.

The rooms are clean. The bed settings are good and clean. It is a good setting, very clean, and practical. The room had a coffee maker and a kettle, very useful.

The location is amazing. I found the breakfast selection reasonable with broiled eggs and fresh juices. The bed settings were clean and reasonably comfortable. I received complimentary water and a bottle of local wine upon arrival.
There was some noise from the street late at night, and early in the morning.

The breakfast menu updated every other day. One day offered a Tortilla de Patatas, and the next day featured Chicken Empanadas. Baked tomatoes with mozzarella cheese and jelly desserts supplemented fruit yogurts, and the coffee tasted good.

constant disturbances
My stay experienced some issues. Street noise persisted late and started early. Earplugs became necessary. I saw questionable activities on the stairwell one evening and it was unsettling to say the least.

The location was super convenient. It was less than three minutes walking distance to the metro station. The staff was very helpful. I appreciated the breakfast. It had great options.
It made carrying luggage to the upper floors a bit challenging.

The noise levels were a problem I found constant shouting outside at night. Inside, I could hear every guest walking past the room. A constant loud grinding from the bathroom was very annoying. I couldn't switch this macerator off, and it seemed to activate randomly.
